Gedex™ is a private company developing state-of-the-art
earth imaging technologies for Resource Discovery. Incorporated
in 1999 and headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, Gedex™
has acquired and is developing gravity-based sensing technologies
to provide a new level of imaging resolution for its partners
and clients’ resources. Leveraging 15 years of research and
development with $40 million of prior investment, Gedex™
is developing a new gravity gradiometer product that will
provide 3D images of subsurface density. These will, independently
and in conjunction with other data, provide valuable information
to engineers and geologists exploring for and delineating
subsurface resources and structures.

Our
sensor, a high-resolution airborne gravity gradiometer (AGG),
has a target performance level of 1 Eotvos/ Hz1/2. An integral
part of this system is the GeoMIM – an isolation platform
that will provide the sensor with an ultra-quiet platform
in an aircraft environment, even in moderate turbulence.

Gedex™
is also developing a proprietary new geophysical inversion
algorithm that will aid in the creation of 3D density interpretations
of exploration targets.

Our
objective is to become the “Partner of Choice” in
resource property management and the discovery of mineral
deposits and petroleum reservoirs by using our empowering
technology to image the earth’s subsurface.
